Please read the following terms and conditions prior to purchasing tickets for Wisconsin Ducks, Inc. or Dells Boat Tours, LLC. By receiving a confirmation email after purchasing tickets, the consumer will consider the print-at-home ticket proof of delivery. Customers who dispute a Dells Boat Tour or Wisconsin Ducks credit card charge by filing a chargeback with their bank or credit card company will be charged a $50.00 administrative fee (per chargeback notice) by Dells Boat Tours or Wisconsin Ducks if the chargeback is ruled in the favor of Dells Boat Tours or Wisconsin Ducks by the financial institution.
Tickets purchased for the Upper Dells Boat Tour, Lower Dells Boat Tour, Wisconsin Ducks Tour or Jet Boat Adventure, may be accepted any day or time within our operating hours and operating season based on availability. You must present print-at-home ticket in order to board. For the Sunset Dinner Cruise and Ghost Boat Tour you must choose the date and time of your excursion before you purchase tickets.
The consumer agrees that Dells Boat Tours and Wisconsin Ducks may make changes to the posted schedule or hours of operation based on weather at any time. All tickets are non-refundable and do not expire.
